今日の弁当は焼売。鶏挽肉、豆腐、はんぺんを混ぜて塩コショウとオイスターソース少々、椎茸と小松菜のみじん切りを加えて蒸した。絹どうふなのでつなぎにはんぺんを加えたんだけれど、味見したオットによれば、相当美味いらしい。ほほほ、見たかーっ! | photo@mutako
